What are AI Credits and how do they work?
AI Credits are the single currency used to access our speech-to-speech, writing check, and roleplay engines. Different activities consume credits based on compute complexity (e.g., 1.0 credit for a Writing Lab check, 2.0 credits for a live WebSocket voice session, etc.). Monthly plans automatically replenish credits every month.
Can I buy more credits if I run out?
Yes! If you exhaust your monthly allocation, you can purchase Bronze, Silver, or Gold credit top-up packs. Top-up credits never expire and roll over indefinitely, even if you downgrade your monthly subscription.
How does the Free Plan work?
The Free Vocabulary Standard tier allows you to save up to 200 vocabulary words and practice them daily using our automated FSRS spaced repetition engine at zero cost, forever. No credit card is required to sign up.
What happens to my Vocabulary Bank if I downgrade to the Free plan?
If you downgrade to Vocabulary Standard, your saved words and review history remain safe. However, your active vocabulary database will be capped at 200 words. If you have more than 200 words, the extra ones will be paused until you upgrade to a paid plan again.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription with a single click from your billing settings. You will retain access to your active plan and remaining monthly credits until the end of your current billing period.
