Language Lift is an AI-powered, vocabulary-first language learning platform designed to take students from absolute beginner to conversational B2 fluency. By bridging the gap between passive acquisition and active production, it combines a structured curriculum with a personal Vocabulary Bank, AI-guided writing coaching, adaptive speaking tutors, and spaced repetition.

## Core Information & Methodology

### 1. The Vocabulary Bank Loop
Instead of doing disconnected vocabulary drills, words acquired in context enter a personal Vocabulary Bank. Our AI then dynamically prompts learners to retrieve and use these exact words in active writing essays and spoken conversations, locking them in via spaced repetition.

### 2. Active Recall vs. Recognition
We avoid simple multiple-choice selection or translation matching. Learners must type full sentences and speak complete thoughts, strengthening active neural retrieval paths.

### 3. Deliberate Writing Practice
Writing acts as a low-pressure rehearsal for speech. The AI Writing Coach analyzes essays sentence-by-sentence, providing structural, grammar, and casing corrections with detailed natural-styling feedback.
